Caitlin & Wyatt ~ June 21, 2008 Wedding
Caitlin and Wyatt were married in Columbia, Tennessee in Caitlin's parent's backyard. I've been really looking forward to this wedding because I'm from Columbia and I love running into people I know... plus, Columbians love to party... and I love the party candids! When I pulled up to their house it was a downpour and the thunder shook the house, but Caitlin kept her cool. She was sure the rain would blow over. It did and we got to take advantage of the outdoors which always makes for a more dynamic set of photos. There were a few firsts for me at this wedding but the one that stands out most in my mind is the marriage proposal that took place immediately after the bouquet toss; see attached photo.
Note to wedding guests: I generally work hard to have all of the wedding photos uploaded to the proofing site within 7 to 10 days of the wedding date, but I am going to be hopping on a plane to Florida with my family in a couple of hours so it will probably be 4th of July weekend before the photos are available online. Don't forget to check in because it will be worth it. We got so many fun shots today.
Cheers to the bride and groom that let me shoot 'til my heart was content despite the humidity! Have fun in Jamaica!
